- Member of the American Institute of Baking (AIB).
- 20 plus years experience working as a cake designer in professional bakeries in the US.
- 22 Years experience working as a Food Safety and Sanitation Expert in the US Army.
- Graduate from the Master Entrepreneur program at Coastal Carolina Community College in 2006.
- Graduate from the REAL program at Coastal Carolina Community College in 2001.
- Owned and operated a cake shop in Germany from 1992-1995 and made cakes in Sweden during that time.
