Individual Desserts

The following items are only made to order, we do not offer these in the cases. All items are made to order, limited customizations are available for certain items. Minimums are listed but please call bakery for pricing as significant effort is put into crafting mini and individual desserts. We do not currently offer display rentals for desserts, please check with your venue about their availability for stands and displays.

These items are 2-4 weeks notice at the minimum to ensure we have time to acquire the needed supplies for presentation of some items.

Individual Cakes

1-2 dz minimum

Available wrapped in poly collar (pictured) or fully iced in buttercream, pricing determined by final design and cake flavor.

Shot Glass Desserts

2 dz minimum

Endless possibilities, from pudding, to mousses and cake, the ultimate dessert table addition! Call or message us to discuss your options.

Mini Cheesecakes

2 dozen minimum

Mini bite sized cheesecakes, available in a number of flavors. Call or message to discuss your options.

Mini Cream Puffs

2 dozen minimum

Cream puffs, but bite sized, ours are filled with true chantilly and dusted with powdered sugar.

Mini Éclairs

2 dozen minimum

The delicious Éclair shrunk down to a bite size. Filled with 1/2 true chantilly 1/2 vanilla custard and brushed with chocolate.

Mini Dessert Cakes

1 dz minimum

A delicious party favor or thank you gift, each cake comes with a lid and utensil for eating.

Cake flavors and frostings vary.

Fresh Fruit Tarts

2 dozen minimum

Mini fresh fruit tarts, filled with cream and topped with select kinds of fresh fruits. Fruit varries based on seasonal availability.

Mini Pies

2 dz minimum

Small pies available in a variety of styles and flavors. Call or message us to discuss flavor options

Mousse Tarts

1 dozen minimum

Small tartlet shells, traditionally filled with a preserve or other type of topping and topped with assorted flavor mousses.

Shaped Royal Icing Sugar Cookies

Cake Popsicles

A step up from cake pops, cake popsicles are highly customizable. Pricing will be determined by final design.

Cake pops

1 Dozen minimum

Minimum 1 dozen order, standard cake pops come in either vanilla or chocolate cake in your choice of white or regular chocolate. Sprinkles or colored drizzle included.

Color dipped and specialty cake flavors (2 dozen minimum per flavor) available at extra charge. Available to individually package for additional charge

Pretzel Packs

1 dozen minimum

2-pack pretzel rods make great favors for any occasion. Colored chocolate available, exact color matches not guaranteed. Comes pre-packaged.

Chocolate Covered Rice Krispie

2 dozen minimum

Our in-house rice krispie recipe cut into rectangles and dipped in chocolate to coordinate with your event! Available fully dipped or partially dipped. Comes pre-packaged.

Trays and Platters:

As always, everything is baked to order, please allow a minimum of 48 hour notice but ideally 3-4 days for us to make sure we have the ingredients on hand to facilitate your order. For package options please check our dessert tables page
